Meth Hill 

Q: Methane
PAX: Mr. Hat, Ice-Man, Gypsy, Double Down, Kilo, Abacus, Vincent, Little Jerry, Bob Ross, Propane (fng)
It was a perfect 25° morning for a Methane Q. It was so good he brought his 2.0-Propane!

Warmup:

Imp. Walkers(IC), Arm Circles, SSH(IC), Abe Vigotas(IC), Mountain Climbers (IC)
Now that we brought our body temp up to 30°, we moseyed to the fountain.

Thing 1:

Methane brought his bag o’ tricks and broke out the exercise bands.

Partnered up and P1 did 11 Derkins & P2 did 11 Curls (w/bands), then alternate. They continued this for 3 minutes. We took a break with 20 American Hammers(IC), then P1 did 11 dips and P2 did overhead press (w/bands) then alternate. Again this went on for three minutes. This was followed up with 20 Flutter Kicks(IC).

We then repeated the above, but for 2 minutes, and then moseyed over to the barn.  

Thing 2:

This is new territory for the Parklands group. We kept our partners and P1 did 11 Squats and P2 did 11 Split Jacks. They alternated this for 3 minutes. Took a break with 20 LBC(IC). Using the picnic tables P1 did 11 Jump ups while P2 did 11 Lunges, alternating this for 3 minutes. This was followed up with 20 Rosalitas(IC). We did not repeat this set though as Methane wanted to introduce the PAX to Meth Hill. The PAX did 2 sets of Bernie Sanders up with 5 Burpees at the top of Meth Hill, then moseyed back to the flags for some Mary.

We circled up on our 6 and did Legs of Time. The Pax moves like a clock doing leg lifts. 1st time around was 6 inches, 2nd time was 45°, 3rd was 90°, 4th was 45°, and then finally back to 6 inches. We did this twice. Finally we stuck with the clock premise and did a plank o Rama, alternating from hand planks to elbow planks (like a clock). This continued for about 3 minutes. Done!
