QIC: Seabass
Pax: Nugget, Abacus, Double Down (Respect), Seabass (Q)
It was a dark beginning to a beatdown to send a message to anyone who reads this Back blast. Thought it may just be the 2 of us, but my faith was rewarded with the visitors from the Posh.
We got going right away with:
Gas pumps – 20 Oyo
A short mosey to the center of the field for :
COP
L bcs IC
A l Gores IC
M erkins IC
A be Vigodas IC
R osalitas IC
We then took a short Mosey (fish don’t like to run) to the tree line for:
Amrap- 15 minutes
10 Imperial Walkers, bear crawl between the trees, 5 burpees.
Have to be honest, 15 minutes was a long time. YHC had to convert to lunge walks. Props to Abacus and DD for hitting it as prescribed.
Run to the hill for the next stop.
Dora 100, 200, 300
Partnered up for 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, and 300 Squats. Other partner ran up the hill to the sidewalk by the pool.
Sprints in the parking lot to finish spelling out our message.
We had a little time left, so we moseyed to the invisible flag for some Mary. We did Freddie Mercuries, ABCs, and alternating leg lifts.
Seabass revealed the message to the PAX (Abacus wasn’t amused) and said intentions that no one get hurt on this day of mall madness. Thanked the Sky Q for the opportunity to have time with our families on this holiday. Time to win the day.
