I arrived slightly before my 07:45 hard start (but I got to 💩 in a Dairy Queen toilet and not in the 🌲🍃🍂🍁) giving myself little time to mentally prepare for the fight I was about enter. I’ll preface with this, Jefferson Memorial Forest is an animal of a park. The #Siltstone trail and with its hills and valleys deliver a supreme knockout punch that I’m sure have taken out lesser men. However this PAX was ready for this fight. We have been battle tested ITG for months now and we’re not intimidated by this #Beast.

At the 6 mile turn around a truly awesome moment for F3louisville, An F3 flag was planted along with an American flag, letting the #Beast know that we will return to conquer again.
