Conditions: muggy 30ish degrees
Attire: Zoo came strong with 20yr old St X Basketball T Shirt, upper and lower tights. Some kind of shorts and classic gray wool socks pulled up and ever so gently scrunched as if he should have had on Timberland boots from the 90s.
We met at 0500 for a quick pre WO Ruck around the hood. We learned a lot. It’s dark at The Lamb. MC has weird stuff that makes people moan in the gloom. And Zoo shared a ton from his back back of Spanish origin to his running of the bulls experience.
All in all it was a nice little sub 15 min mile paced Ruck through the treacherous streets of St Matthews.
